MONTEVIDEO -- Milbank crossed the Minnesota-South Dakota border Monday to sweep Montevideo 25-23, 25-15, 25-15 in a non-conference prep volleyball match.
The Bulldogs (10-11) limited Montevideo (4-18) to just 30 points in the final two games after edging the Thunder Hawks by two in the opening game.
A balanced hitting attack from Montevideo was led by Devon Payne's five kills. Three other Thunder Hawks had three kills apiece. Haley Kubista had three ace serves.
