LITCHFIELD - In their first Wright County Conference match of the year, the Litchfield Dragons pulled an upset on No. 10-ranked New London-Spicer 25-23, 25-20, 25-18 on Thursday.
Mariah Hoff’s seven kills paced the Dragons, who improved to 1-0 in the conference and 9-5 overall.
Macy Huhner added six kills and two ace serves, and Brynne Wahl had three ace serves, one kill and 17 set assists.
Sydney Stone had eight kills and four ace serves, and Kabrie Weber seven kills and three ace blocks for the Wildcats (0-1, 12-2).
