WILLMAR -- The home finale didn't go the way the Willmar volleyball team would have liked, losing to Rocori 25-20, 25-13, 25-16 Tuesday.
The Cardinals ended the Central Lakes Conference season 3-9. Rocori finishes with an 11-1 record.
"We didn't hit very well. They were good blockers, so we didn't find holes in their defense," Willmar coach Terrin DeBoer said. "There was just a little lack of focus."
Emily Minnick had six kills to pace the Cardinals' offense. Shae Bruess had 13 digs and Lindsey Atchison added 10.
Willmar (6-13) will finish the regular season at the two-day Moorhead Invite Friday and Saturday.
