SPICER - BBE cruised to a team victory thanks to help from a number of individual champions Friday night at the New London-Spicer Invite.
The hosts finished in sixth place at the 11-team individual tournament with 107.5 points. The Jaguars, meanwhile, captured the title with 177.5 points, easily distancing themselves from second-place New York Mills at 136.
Canon Swanson (120), Tyler Bents (132), Adam Jaeger (152), and Isaiah Gilbert (160) each finished their nights with championships for the Jaguars. Blake Vagle added the only Wildcat championship at 106 pounds.
