SLEEPY EYE — Lainey Braulick had another big scoring game as the BOLD girls basketball team improved to 2-0 on the season.
Braulick, a 5-foot-8 sophomore guard, had 36 points in BOLD’s 70-49 victory Saturday over Sleepy Eye Public.
Braulick had 30 points in Friday night’s victory at Sleepy Eye St. Mary’s.
Kenzie Visser added 11 points, seven rebounds, three steals and two blocks for the Warriors. Mari Ryberg had eight points, 14 rebounds, six steals and four assists for BOLD.
Junior guard Kadence Hesse led Sleepy Eye with 25 points and junior forward Breaunna Mertz added 14 for the Indians.
