BROWERVILLE — The Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa girls basketball team had its two-game win streak snapped with a 50-48 loss to Browerville/Eagle Valley on Saturday.
Tiyana Schwinghammer scored 16 points for the Jaguars and led BBE with three steals.
The Jaguars trailed the Tigers 36-23 at halftime. BBE out-scored the Tigers 25-14 in the second half.
Browerville/Eagle Valley is on a three-game win streak.
BBE plays Royalton at 7 p.m. Thursday in Belgrade.

Minnewaska cruised past Redwood Valley in a non-conference game at Redwood Falls.
Eight players scored for the Lakers, led by Megan Thorfinnson’s 18 points, five rebounds and five steals. Sydney Dahl added 12 points for Minnewaska.
Minnewaska returns to West Central Conference play to face Melrose at 6 p.m. Tuesday in Glenwood.
