GLENWOOD — The Minnewaska boys golf team had a 10-shot improvement from Friday in the final day of its home invitational at Minnewaska Golf Course.
The Lakers finished with 331 on Saturday, putting their two-day total at 672. They finished in fifth place. Zach Gugisberg led Minnewaska with 164, good for 15th place.
Edina won the team title with a two-day score of 613, beating Eden Prairie by a stroke. Cloquet finished third with 642.
There was a three-way tie for first place. Edina’s Jack Wetzel and Torger Ohe, and Eden Prairie’s Brady Baynes all finished with 146.
