WILLMAR — The Willmar WarHawks broke open a tie game with two third-period goals to beat the New Ulm Steel Saturday at the Willmar Civic Center
Enzo Tarducci and Blake Keller scored goals for Willmar in the third period.
Tarducci, a defenseman from Novi, Michigan, has four goals and 11 assists in 39 games for the WarHawks.
Keller, a forward from St. Cloud, had a goal and two assists in two games with Willmar after playing 39 games for the Minnesota Loons, where he had 17 goals and 23 assists.
Willmar has a pair of home games this week, with the Alexandria Blizzard on Friday and the Minnesota Loons on Saturday. Both games are scheduled to start at 7:10 p.m.
