NEW LONDON — The sixth-seeded Minnewaska Lakers defeated the No. 2 seeded New London-Spicer Wildcats in five sets Tuesday.

The Lakers will face the No. 1 seeded Paynesville Bulldogs at 7 p.m. Thursday in the Section 3AA-North semifinals round at New London-Spicer High School.
