RAYMOND -- Tyler Steen hit a solo home run in the bottom of the eighth inning and Raymond went on to clip Rosen 4-3 in a non-league amateur baseball game Wednesday night.
Steen's homer was just one of three Raymond hits.
Brandon Larson earned the win by pitching four innings, surrendering two hits and one run, while walking and by striking out five.
Travis Rademacher took the loss for Rosen with two innings pitched and the Steen home run allowed. He also slapped two hits.
Zach Ronglien hit a double and drove in a run for Rosen. Ethan Hoffman also legged out a triple and tallied an RBI.

Wednesday night's game between Atwater and Kingston ended in a 3-3 tie after nine innings due to darkness.
Vance Martin, Zach Cunningham and Lucas Pickle slapped the three hits for Atwater.
Earl Arlow hit two singles for Kingston and Abel West smacked a double for two RBI.
