WORTHINGTON -- The Ridgewater volleyball team completed the first half of the MCAC Southern Division season undefeated after beating Minnesota West 25-21, 25-14, 25-17.
The Lady Warriors are 6-0 in the division and 13-1 overall.
All hands were involved in the Ridgewater victory, with 10 players serving and recording at least one kill and 13 getting at least one dig.
"That's the enjoyable part of this team; we're pretty balanced and pretty deep," said coach Joe Sussenguth.
Despite the large number of players shuttling into the match, four hitters collected five-or-more kills. Brianna Jacobson led the way with eight in 17-of-19 attacks. Steph Tillman had six and Abby Halter and Karie Blommel followed with five each.

Jacobson also served three of the Lady Warriors' four aces and had two ace blocks.
Darcie Listul directed the offense with 23 assists, followed by Cassie Edwards with nine. Brandi Bodin contributed 11 digs and Emily Roelike added 10.
Though the Lady Warriors won their 11th straight match, Sussenguth continues to seek improvement.
"Still, we are playing to the level of our opponents," he said.
The Lady Warriors will host first-year MCAC team St. Cloud Technical Friday at 6:30 p.m.
The St. Cloud volleyball program has played against independent Metro-area colleges for the past few years, Sussenguth said, and had petitioned the MCAC for membership in the past.
Ridgewater then travels to Wahpeton, N.D. for a one-day tournament hosted by North Dakota State College of Science.
