Nine Ridgewater College wrestlers will be competing at the NJCAA Division III national tournament today and Saturday at Ellsworth Community College in Des Moines, Iowa.
Competing for Ridgewater will be: Nate Friederich at 125 pounds, Jake Patnode at 133, Mike Christians at 141, Tyler Stempler at 149, Chase Tempel at 157, Ryan Krause at 165, Travis Peralta at 174, Martin Hagen at 184 and Charlie Gelhayne at heavyweight.
Competition today begins at 9:30 a.m. with two sessions and the top eight wrestlers at each weight will advance to Saturday.
Finals begin at 7 p.m. on Saturday.
