ST. PAUL - The Central Minnesota Christian School rebounded from a crushing defeat to down Lake Park-Audubon 68-49 in the Class A consolation semifinals at the Minnesota State Boys Basketball Tournament on Friday at Concordia-St. Paul's Gangelhoff Center
The Bluejays, now 27-4, will play Red Lake for the fifth-place trophy at 8 a.m. Saturday at Gangelhoff. CMCS came back strong after North Woods' Cade Goggleye hit a half-court shot at the buzzer to defeat the Bluejays 54-51 on Thursday in the Class A quarterfinals.
CMCS' Austin Marcus played a strong game on Friday, finishing with 22 points and 14 rebounds.
He was one of four Bluejays in double figures. Ethan Brouwer had 14 points, seven rebounds and four assists, Tanner Stoel had 11 points, six rebounds and six assists, and Matthew Van Eps had 11 points and five assists.
The Bluejays hit 11 of 23 3-point shots and committed just three turnovers. They led 33-17 at half and built the lead to 21 points in the second half.

LPA's Mitchell Hall had 23 points and Jesse Bergh had 14 points and 14 rebounds.
