Nikki Swenson of Dawson capped her career as a Minnesota Gopher by earning All-America second-team honors June 9 at the NCAA Track and Field Meet in Des Moines.
Swenson placed 16th overall in the 1,500-meter run in a time of 4:23.32. It was her third time competing at the outdoor NCAA championships. She also ran indoor track and cross country.
