The Northland and Anoka-Ramsey women's teams advanced to the NJCAA Division III national tournament, and the Central Lakes men's team earned a spot in the national tournament with victories on Sunday.
The Northland women's team defeated Mesabi Range 67-49 on Sunday to win the Region 13B championship and claim a spot in the national tournament, which is March 15-17 at the UCR Regional Sports Complex in Rochester, Minn.
Anoka-Ramsey defeated Rochester in the Region 13A final to earn its tournament spot.
In the men's Region 13 tournament, Central Lakes downed Fergus Falls 84-68 in the championship game to advance to the national tournament.
The men's national tournament is March 15-17 at Sullivan County Community College in Loch Sheldrake, N.Y.
