The rumor mill may have become reality Friday as the Minnesota Timberwolves have reportedly traded swingman Corey Brewer, who leads the league with an average of 2.25 steals, to the Houston Rockets.
Yahoo Sports and CBS Sports are reporting that Brewer has been traded to Houston along with forward Ronny Turiaf.
The Timberwolves reportedly will receive guard Troy Daniels plus Houston's 2015 second-round pick - via Sacramento - and a future second-round pick.
Minnesota has dropped three straight after a 109-95 loss at Washington on Tuesday.
