GROVE CITY -- Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City got the sweep of Paynesville in their West Central South Conference volleyball match, but each game was decided by four points or less in a 25-21, 25-22, 25-21 Falcons' win Monday.
ACGC (6-5, 10-10) climbs over the .500 mark in conference play.
Miranda Hopp clobbered nine kills and had 10 digs to lead the Falcons. Katie Knisley and Anna Spencer had three ace blocks each, and Paige Wilner served four aces in 11 attempts.
Caitlyn Gottwald had seven kills and two ace blocks for the Bulldogs (2-10, 3-18).
