KERKHOVEN -- Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa held off Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg for a 25-22, 25-23, 25-18 non-conference volleyball victory Monday.
Maggie Gruber paced the Jaguars (15-2), ranked ninth in the latest Class A poll, with 16 kills. Rachel Anderson added nine kills and four ace blocks. Julie Hieserich had 36 assists.
Katelyn Lottman and Britta Diem led the Fighting Saints (5-11) with seven kills each, while Brooke Carlson had six. Diem also had 10 digs. KMS had seven ace serves, led by Lottman and Briana Baker with two each.
