Litchfield sophomore diver Shelbie Walsh improved 10 places on her seed and finished 19th on Thursday in the Class A diving preliminaries held at the Aquatic Center at the University of Minnesota.
She missed the final 16 cut by three places after making the first cut after five dives and scoring 213.15 for eight dives.
Litchfield and Willmar each have four swimmers in today's swimming preliminaries at noon.
