WILLMAR -- Freshman post Mike Weber scored 15 of his 19 points in the first half to help the Ridgewater Warriors cruise by the St. John's University JV 80-63 on Thursday.
Tyler Stein added 12 points, Shawn Neu 12 and Casey Sussenguth and Nathan Nietfeld nine each.
Sophomore Max McHugh led the Johnnies with 28 points.
Ridgewater (2-1) jumped out to an 8-0 lead and Shawn Neu cashed a three-pointer for an 11-1 bulge.
That triggered at string of treys by Sussenguth, Nietfeld and Stein, bringing the gap to 28-9.

Breck Weber and Neu, again, struck from the arch and the Warriors headed to the halftime locker room up 47-29.
From three-point range, the Warriors made 6 of 11 and shot 47 percent from the field overall. Working inside, the 6-foot-4 Weber had 13 points by halftime.
Ridgewater takes on NJCAA Division I power North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton on Tuesday.
The Wildcats will return the visit in Willmar on Dec. 1.
