WCER hosting ASA umpire clinic Thursday

Willmar Community Education and Recreation will be hosting an ASA softball umpires sanctioning clinic at 7:30 p.m. Thursday. The clinic will take place in the second floor meeting room at the city auditorium. No registration is required.
