ST. CLOUD -- Willmar had a bad shooting night and St. Cloud Tech did not, as the Cardinals fell 68-55 in a Central Lakes Conference girls basketball game Tuesday.

Willmar (8-5, 9-7) made 16-of-59 (27 percent) shots from floor, while the Tigers (7-6, 10-9) canned 59 percent (29 of 49).

"We missed shots in the first half that would have really helped us," said Willmar coach Brad Atchison, whose team trailed 38-27 at halftime.

The Cardinals made up for some of their shooting woes by drawing fouls and going to the free-throw line. Willmar had more makes from the charity stripe (19) than St. Cloud Tech had attempts (17).

Bobbie Bohlig scored 20 points to lead the Tigers. Annessa Rosch had 16 points and six rebounds, and Anne Soenneker scored 14 points.
