The Willmar volleyball team (6-13) was seeded No. 11 for the Section 2AAA tournament and will open at No. 6 Buffalo (20-4) next Wednesday at 7 p.m.
Eden Prairie (17-9) was selected the No. 1 seed and Waconia (20-6) is No. 2.
If Willmar beats Buffalo, the Cardinals would play No. 3 Shakopee (18-8) on Oct. 29.
