Cody Magnuson of Willmar will advance to the second and final round of the Section 2AAA boys golf tournament on Monday at Oakdale Golf Club in Buffalo Lake after shooting an 85, which was the cutoff.
The Willmar boys placed last out of 11 teams on the first day.
Other scores for Willmar were Tony Kallevig 87 and Matt Suedbeck and Hunter Mottinger, both 89.
Eden Prairie's 308 led four qualifying teams. Willmar finished with a 350.
