Wrestling: Waska pins down win with late run

BENSON -- Minnewaska wiped out a 30-19 Benson lead with four straight pins starting at 171 pounds to win a West Central South wrestling match 43-30 on Tuesday.

BENSON -- Minnewaska wiped out a 30-19 Benson lead with four straight pins starting at 171 pounds to win a West Central South wrestling match 43-30 on Tuesday.

The Braves led 30-19 after consecutive wins by Brandon Hanson, Ryan Tho-mpson and Brady Wersinger.

But starting at 171, Tyrel Swensrud, Pat Krueger, Brandon Manderschied and Micah Klemme all earned six-point wins to take over the match.
