BURGLARY

The man convicted in a Swift County burglary in January was sentenced to prison, and probation violations are alleged in three past burglary convictions that resulted in stayed prison sentences.
Michael Shane Clemon, 43, of Redwood Falls, was sentenced recently n Renville County District Court to 95 months, with credit for 509 days served, in one burglary case. A 39-month sentence on the second case will be served concurrently.
Gauge Allen Grimes, 19, of Granite Falls, pleaded guilty to felony third-degree burglary before his sentencing Nov. 22 as part of a plea agreement under which felony charges of third-degree burglary, illegal possession of ammunition or firearms and theft were dismissed. He was sentenced to 36 months in prison.
Craig Dennis Rapp, 38, of St. Cloud, was given five years supervised probation for his role in a 2018 burglary at a Green Lake Township home. His co-defendant, Coda Lee Johnson, 30, of Sartell, was sentenced in July to 41 months in prison.
