Blustery winds caused near white-out conditions in some rural areas Tuesday afternoon, including this location just north of the U.S. Highway 71  and state Highway 7 roundabout south of Willmar. Winds at more than 30 miles per hour and subzero temperatures created wind chills  of more than 60 below across the region.
