The northbound lane of U.S. Highway 12 near the Willmar Municipal Utilities building in Willmar is closed Monday morning due to a broken water main in the area. Repair work is expected to begin about noon after all utilities are located prior to digging begins.

An unnamed logistics company has decided not to purchase 14 acres of land between Trott Avenue and Willmar Avenue off County Road 5 in the Willmar Industrial Park. The company had been planning to build a 100,000-square-foot package sorting and distribution center.
