Benson residents will have an opportunity to learn about three different proposals to reconfigure the downtown railroad crossings and increase safety during an open house Monday at the City Hall. No ice for old men, or anyone, as temperatures well above average leave weak ice Wednesday on Foot Lake and elsewhere around the state.
