A mural such as this one on Fourth Avenue Southwest in downtown Willmar could be one type of project that Willmar and Olivia expect to pursue after both communities were selected to join the Artists on Main Street program. The two-year program provides funds, training and resources to help create art-based physical, economic and social solutions for downtowns.
