A report recommends an estimated $668,000 in improvements to meet security needs in the 1902 Renville County Courthouse in Olivia. The County Board of Commissioners has informally agreed to delay decisions on upgrades until March. That gives project architects and the newly appointed judge serving the county more time to review the options.
