Amber Van Heuveln and Ryan Verhulst were united in marriage Sept. 3 at Maynard Lutheran Church.
The bride is the daughter of Scott and Trudi Van Heuveln of Clara City. The groom is the son of Martin and Sharon Verhulst of Maplewood.
Matron of honor was Erin Van Heuveln, sister-in-law of the bride. Bride's attendants were Katherine Schwitters, Ann Studer and Sonya Fox, friends of the bride. Flower girl was Lauren Van Heuveln, niece of the bride.
Best man was Neal Verhulst, brother of the groom. Groom's attendants were Cory Verhulst, brother of the groom, and Brad Smith and Brandon Engen, friends of the groom. Ring bearer was Tyler Verhulst, nephew of the groom.
Ushers were Derek Van Heuveln and Sean Van Heuveln, brothers of the bride.

A reception and dance were held at the Holiday Inn and Willmar Conference Center.
Following a wedding trip to the Dominican Republic, the couple lives in Blaine. The bride is employed by Ciceron in Minneapolis as an insights and optimization specialist. The groom is employed by Minnesota Waste Wise in St. Paul as an energy efficiency adviser.
