Ashley Vreeman and Joel Nelson, both of Willmar, are engaged to be married July 31 at the home of the bride's parents on Eagle Lake in Willmar.
Vreeman is the daughter of Nathan and Wendi Vreeman of Willmar.
She is a 2009 graduate of Willmar Senior High School and a 2011 graduate of North Central University in Minneapolis with an associate degree in Bible studies. She is enrolled to attend Aveda Cosmetology School in Minneapolis in January.
Nelson is the son of Keith and Kammy Nelson of Willmar.
He is a 2009 graduate of Willmar Senior High School and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in business finance from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va. He is employed by US Bank at the headquarters in Minneapolis as a teller.
