The snowfall has started early Wednesday morning in Willmar. A Willmar city snowplow on Wednesday morning was clearing U.S. Business 71 along Willmar Lake in north Willmar. The National Weather Service is forecasting 5-8 inches of fluffy snow to fall across much of west central Minnesota through early Thursday.
