Willmar police arrest suspect in 1974 cold case murder

WILLMAR — The Willmar Police Department today has reportedly concluded a 46-year-old cold case investigation with the arrest of a suspect in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, for the 1974 murder of Mabel Agnes Herman in Willmar.
